TDA Toolkit Update Announcement

PDE is pleased to announce that the Text Dependent Analysis (TDA) Toolkit has been fully updated and is now complete. The Toolkit now includes refreshed resources, clarified guidance, and improved tools designed to support high-quality TDA implementation across Pennsylvania.
