47th Annual PAPSA Conference
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Bureau of Special Education Director Dr. Carole Clancy headlines the 47th Annual Pennsylvania Association of Pupil Services Administrators (PAPSA) Conference, which also features the 23rd Paul Stevens Memorial Legal Seminar.
Dr. Clancy will keynote the Wednesday, April 8, afternoon opening sessions. Her presentation will focus on hot topics in special education. In addition to Dr. Clancy, the conference also features the 23rd Paul Stevens Memorial Legal Seminar, which focuses on salient legal issues in the areas of special education and pupil services on both the state and national levels. The planned lineup of presentations includes:
