2026 Behavioral Highway Safety Survey

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is conducting the 2026 Behavioral Highway Safety Survey.  As they continue the mission to improve safety across the commonwealth, we would like to invite you to participate in the 2026 Behavioral Highway Safety Survey.

The 2026 Behavioral Highway Safety Survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Once data is collected, PennDOT will review the results for potential additions or adjustments to our highway safety initiatives to reduce crashes and fatalities on Pennsylvania roadways.

The survey is open to the public through February 28, 2026 and should take about five minutes to complete. All responses are completely anonymous. For more information on PennDOT's highway safety efforts, visit Highway Safety in Pennsylvania.

Your leadership in promoting this initiative is necessary to ensure that more than 13 million Pennsylvanians can travel safely across our Commonwealth’s transportation network.
