ELD Points of Contact ACCESS Testing Window Update

Due to weather delays and closings, the ACCESS testing platform will remain open through March 3rd, 2026. LEAs may continue testing through this date.

LEAs must complete testing and return all materials to DRC by March 4th. Any state testing window extension beyond March 4th will result in delayed reporting.

Any tests returned by LEAs after March 4th will be processed by DRC during the late returns window, and reports will be delayed until at least the end of June.
