Join the State Library program on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from noon to 1 p.m. for a discussion about the African American presence in the punk rock scene, which was there from the start. Punk rock bands in Washington, DC, NYC, and Philadelphia will be featured, with a focus on East Coast Rock.
