The list below represents a continuum of activities: resources categorized by Standard/Eligible Content that teachers may use to move students toward proficiency. Using LEA curriculum and available materials and resources, teachers can customize the activity statements/questions for classroom use.

- How are plants in the rainforest similar to plants in the tundra? How are they different?
- A polar bear has specific adaptations that help it survive in the Arctic. Describe how the polar bear would be impacted if Global Warming caused the temperatures in the Arctic to increase drastically. What adaptations would it need in order to survive in this new climate? Use facts to support your reasoning.
