Register for National History Day in PA Hurry! Registration closes Friday!

National History Day (NHD) is a year-long academic program focused on historical research, interpretation, and creative expression for students in grades 6-12. By participating in National History Day, students become writers, filmmakers, web designers, playwrights, and artists as they create unique contemporary expressions of history.

 The 2021 State Contest will take place online on May 7-10, 2021.  Register to participate or to become a judge.  

Note these important dates:

Registration Deadline:  April 16, 2021 at 5:00 PM

Project Upload Deadline:  April 26, 2021 at 5:00 PM

Website Lockout:  April 26, 2021 at midnight

Payment Deadline:  April 30, 2021

Registration Fee:  $50 per student
