Celebrate National Library Week – Virtually April 19-25
National Library Week provides everyone with an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the many innovative ways libraries, librarians, and library staff serve and support their communities. This year, we’ll celebrate National Library Week virtually!
Since closing their doors to help keep communities safe, many libraries have continued to provide access to their services and resources online – from eBooks to movies, story times to video games, cooking classes to coping strategies, and beyond.
Check out the State Library’s website to find business, law, history, and genealogy digital resources. Visit POWER Library, an online portal to all that Pennsylvania’s libraries have to offer, to learn more about Bookflix (where books are read aloud to listeners of all ages), find out how to keep your car running, and much more.
Questions? Email the State Library of Pennsylvania: ra-reflib@pa.gov or ra-law@pa.gov.
