Classroom Diagnostic Tools Update
The Classroom Diagnostic Tools (CDT) is a set of online assessments designed to provide diagnostic information in order to guide instruction and intervention. The CDT is currently offered in grades 6-12 and is available for use in schools and classrooms throughout the school year. The assessments available are: Mathematics, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Science, Biology, Chemistry, Reading/Literature, and Writing/English Composition.
The CDT is expanding to grades 3-5! As a result, a fixed form field test is planned for Fall 2013. The assessments that will be field tested are: Mathematics, Reading, Science, and Writing. If there is enough participation in the fall field test, the operational assessments will be available in Spring 2014.
